Georgian Pink Topaz and 18ct Gold Bracelet, circa 1820
Dating from 200 years ago this stunning 18ct gold bracelet has a remarkably fresh look and is very comfortable to wear. The filigree detail on this bracelet is beautifully executed and the granulation and fine wire work is like lace. The pink topaz are foiled as was customary at this time as the back of the setting is closed. It is such a pretty and feminine piece and very pleasing to wear. The bracelet has a small amount of elasticity due to the nature of its manufacture and the clasp is in excellent order.
The clasp top is adorned with with foiled pink topaz and natural pearls and turquoise.
MEASUREMENTS: Length Approx. 16cm. Width of bracelet approx. 2cm. Diameter of top piece approx. 3.25cm

MATERIALS: 18ct gold (acid tested) , pearl, turquoise, pink topaz
CONDITION: excellent, there is a very small granulation missing on the top piece which is visible in the photographs. It is not possible to repair this but due to the age and general excellent condition is nothing to worry about.
