This stunning large Victorian silver arrow brooch is a wonderful example of Victorian style and design. It makes a huge statement and can be worn to create an impression for any occasion. The hinge has a shaped plate which is a feature of well made Victorian pieces.
Victorian arrow jewellery conveyed the secret message of love..an arrow to your heart, or peace, if worn pointing downwards.
This arrow has a fairly simple and elegant engraved design compared to the later heavily engraved examples.
This beautiful antique arrow brooch will make a wonderful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas etc.
⭐️The arrow brooch is too large for my branded boxes and so I am including the vintage box in the photos!

APPROX. MEASUREMENTS: 3.75 inches / 9.5cm long, 0.75 inches / 2cm wide

(Includes internal rims, stones, fabric etc)

MATERIALS: silver brooch, metal pin for strength when passing through fabric.

CONDITION: Very good antique used condition. There is some surface wear near the feather end of the brooch.
Antique jewellery sometimes has tarnish and as most people like antique/ vintage jewellery to look just that, we do not remove it. Over cleaning by dipping, pastes or mechanical polishing can ruin the antique patina of your piece.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We carefully pack your item in a strong box in a padded envelope. Please open and inspect your item as soon as possible after receipt. If your item arrives damaged you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt. Please photograph and keep the damaged packaging as this will assist us in claiming from the carrier.

RETURNS: You can return your UNWORN/UNUSED item for a full refund for any reason by firstly getting in touch to let us know you wish to return the item. This must be within 14 days of RECEIVING it and then you must return it within 28 days of RECEIVING it. This excludes Bespoke or Personal Items.
NB: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for the goods until they are received back by ourselves. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.
