Antique 9ct gold chain. 31 inches with barrel clasp

This antique 9ct gold chain is a round compact belcher link. It has a great weight and therefore hangs beautifully with or without a pendant. The closure is a barrel clasp and this is in good working order. One jump ring is a later addition and bears a convention mark for 9ct gold. Please note that since taking the photos we have soldered the jump rings on each side of the clasp so they can’t open.
This beautiful chain can be worn doubled, with or without pendants or lockets, alone or stacked in your neck mess. Every jewellery collection needs a useful and gorgeous chain such as this.
It will make a generous gift for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas etc.
