Antique 18ct Gold Diamond and Sapphire Edwardian Ring, 1908

Star setting was a very specialised and skilled job and one that is now almost lost. The setting of the stones in this ring is exceptionally well done. The central old cut diamond is a clean and white stone and the beautiful blue sapphires are natural.
The ring is wide on the top and domed giving a great modern look, whilst being over 110 years old! The hall marking is crisp and shows it is 18ct gold and assayed in Chester in 1908.
This ring is easy and fun to wear and has great style because of its chunkiness.

MEASUREMENTS: approx. UK size O. Width on top approx 9mm, and 4mm at the back
Diamond weight is approx 0.25ct. Sapphire weight is approx 0.50ct in total. Weights are estimated.
