Vintage Gold Enamel Plaque, Handmade into a Pendant, 9ct gold, windmill, miller

This attractive and unique pendant was once either part of another piece of jewellery or a box of some kind. It is hallmarked 9ct gold and the enamel is a fine depiction of a windmill standing on a small hill, with a plough in the foreground. On each side of the windmill are sheafs of wheat. The colouring of the sky suggests that the sun is rising or setting. This pendant will appeal to collectors of unusual items of jewellery, collectors of items featuring windmills or buildings and also to collectors of enamel.
We think it’s dated to the early 20th century because of the way it is made and the quality and content of the enamelling, although it may be earlier. We have tidied it up and added the pendant loop.

This must be within 14 days of RECEIVING it and then you must return it within 28 days of RECEIVING it. This excludes Bespoke or Personal Items. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
