Antique Victorian Ruby and Diamond 15ct Gold Brooch

A large 15ct ruby and diamond Victorian brooch, dated to 1893. It has a removable locket at the rear for a lock of hair or other small momento. The natural rubies have a rich dark red colour and are square set. The old cut central diamond is beautifully star set.
These pieces are now being converted into rings or centre pieces for bracelets. If you are interested in this option please contact us.
