Vintage Platinum Band Ring, circa 1920

Prior to the Art Deco period wedding bands were made of gold but with platinum being more widely used in the early 1900’s , platinum wedding bands were produced. This is a lovely plain slim one with no signs of wear to note. The mark inside says ‘Platinum’. There was no hallmark for platinum until the hallmarking act of 1973.
This ring would be ideal as a wedding or commitment ring, or used in your stack as a keeper or separation ring.
